Spoke on the phone with Luke Gallyot and with his assistance he's helped the shop reduce the print time on our product. He's was very helpful and often tossed in tips to help ensure maintenance on the machine stayed at a minimum. Great service!

The technical people are overworked ... while me representative was awesome to work with, he was constantly being pulled away with other issues. I had the pleasure of working with Antonio Ospina last week. He helped me get my Ricoh Ri 100 printer installed, and communicating. He actually did most of the work himself. The task was not something I could have taken care of without help. Antonio was patient and made sure everything was working before signing off. You never want to have a problem but it is great to know when you do that there is great customer support to back you up. When our printer had an unexpected issue I called Anajet and David Tankersley and his team worked hard to quickly diagnose the issue . He quickly got the part out and a technician scheduled. On top of that he called and emailed throughout the process to make sure everything was going smooth. It is an absolute pleasure to have a company reach out to you and not the other way around. I chose to purchase from Anajet because they offered lifetime support and training. I also liked that they were assembled in the USA. When I finally decided to jump on the DTG train I was put in touch with Ozzy Gomez. He was a saint through the purchasing of the printer and as my rock when things were not going so well after delivery. My Ri3000 is #8 and I can say it had some issues. It took a few months for me to FINALLY talk to Antonio in tech support. He spent hours on the phone with me troubleshooting. He was the ONLY one that believed that is wasn't user error. Finally my issue was figured out it was the main board,it was fixed and I was getting exceptional prints. There have been hiccups along the way...but as I got more familiar with the printer and not scared to actually figure out what it likes to remain running the hiccups have gotten fewer and farther in between. However, when those hiccups happen, I can count on Antonio to be there for me and help figure out what's going on or walk me step by step in fixing the problem. He is by far the most experienced technician with a personable demeanor. To be quite honest, if it weren't for these two gentlemen with their support and knowledge, I would have gotten rid of my printer and wouldn't be writing this 5 star review. I have been printing with this printer for about a week and have been getting excellent results. To get good results, you have to have good artwork, high quality t's, and consistent/heavy pretreat.

About 6 weeks ago I called Antonio to get some help with a leaking T in our Ri6000. Antonio suggested we try one particular fix with a part he mailed out to us. This part temporarily solved our problem but was not a permanent fix. Process of elimination led us to know for a fact that we had a T that had a tiny knick or crack in it causing air to get into one of our white lines. I called Antonio back and shared with him what we had determined and were confident it was the T. He kindly mailed us a replacement T and we have been printing great! The customer service has been good and i love my machine!! The only reason i did not give 4 stars is because i am down to half on my white ink, and the cartidges are on back order. ..just made me a but nervous...this is my 1st supply order. I did like that i could go a head and place the order for them though, instead of having to keep checking and them posdibly being back ordered again. More...

One of the most important things when it comes to business is customer and technical support. There is an obvious learning curve when it comes to DTG printing. Problems are inevitable in this industry, every time I’ve had any sort of issue being user error or machine error I’ve always been able, with help the help of tech support to come up with a proper solution to love forward. A special thank you to Antonio with tech support who has multiple times got me out of a pinch with what always ends up to be a simple fix. I run a ri3000 as well as ri6000. Salesman was fantastic and easy. Shipping was great and easy to track. The printer is awesome but sometimes goes into maintenance during a print which wastes ink and has cost me 2 shirts so far. I guess i will manually do the maintenance before starting to print. It is slower than expected on some of the prints. The print quality is super awesome. It actually feels better than screen print or printable heat transfers. The software that comes with it is about useless. It better to use something universal like photoshop. More...

Osvaldo aka Ozzie was super patient and knowledgeable. Worked through A-Z diagnostics with me and I have very little experience with the Ri6000. Ultimately, I found a cracked line that was causing the pressure issue. We agreed to cut both and reconnect the Y tube, which worked like a charm. Printers running with solid colors and no banding. Top Notch Service from Osvaldo Flores. I just want to say Luke is amazing at what he does. He knowledge of the RI 1000 is impeccable. Last Friday Sept 27, 2019 while printing some shirts for my client, I got an encoder strip error. Followed all the steps in the manual to clean it and kept getting the same error after rebooting the printer. Tried calling Anajet but it was 8pm cst and Anajet customer support was closed for the day. Not sure why customer support is closed on the weekend especially for how delicate the printers are and couple with the fact that most people do their work over the weekend. So my entire weekend was a mess because I couldn't sleep knowing that my printer might not work on Monday because the print heads were dry. Bottom line I called Monday and behold, Luke took care of my problem. Most importantly his approach to problem solving gave me peace of mind.Please add another star so I can give Luke 6 stars.One happy customer More...

Osvaldo has been exceptional. This gentlemen truly cares about his clients and their success. Osvaldo has far exceeded my expectation he always responds in a timely manner. Antonio Ospina was a huge help as we worked to get my Printer up and running again. We had been printing well for a few months when all of the sudden my printer insisted my full white ink cartridges were empty. Antonio was very very knowledgable on what was going on with my machine, and he also was a calming force as I had to take apart and reinstall some parts that I was a little concerned about trying to accomplish. I have had a ton of questions and issues with this machine that were easily resolved over the phone with tech support. I specifically remember Shawn before my very caring and remembering me each time I called. Most recently I dealt with Luke who made sure to follow up and helped me deal with parts installation and aftercare. He even offered to come in on Saturday to help me get my machine running before the work week. I highly recommend doing the onsite training if it is your first DGT machine. I flew to California from Ohio and it was worth every penny. I would have been lost without it. More...

I experienced a technical problem with my Ri-1000 printer going offline and the problem was resolved in minutes,Osvaldo Flores discovered that the network settings in my computer was losing a connection due to the Wi-Fi settings. I granted Osvaldo permission to log into my computer over the network and fix the settings.Osvaldo also made sure that I was familiar with the basics of printing and how to perform the maintenance functions on the printer.He also helped me with adjusting the printer head settings to get the sharpest results and how to pre-treat a T-shirt.Thanks again Osvaldo Flores ,Thank you ANAJET/RICOH ! I attended a machine embroidery course today and even though I've been using my machine for a good while, I learnt so much more from Maria and Sam. Loved learning how to do FSL, ITH and applique and now have the confidence to try more complex designs. A great sociable workshop with patient, knowledgeable and fun staff, will definitely be booking on other courses in the future.
