What do you love most about your job?
Being in awe of the amazingly clever people I work with. I also love meeting and getting to know new people, gaining their trust and seeing them benefit from the work we do together. And using social media every day is great fun!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The initial idea came from my wife's family farm. They are looking at ways of diversifying, and needed some marketing advice on a particular project. This gave me the confidence to realise I could do the same for other businesses and, having spent a few years at Facebook followed by a couple at a leading social media marketing agency, I wanted to build a team of people who understand the power and the value of social media as a marketing channel. I also wanted to be able to spend more time with my young family.
