Hi my name's Kurtis but all of my friends call me Kurt. I’d like to start by saying congratulations on taking the first step to making your lifestyle change.
Having spent time playing rugby at an academy level I decided to take my passion for sport to another stage and help others to achieve what they are capable of. Over the past 5 years I have helped men and women of different age ranges and abilities to reach their true potential. I aim to give my clients the tools they need to take control and change their lives.
