I have always had Police monitored alarms and this was the first time I had looked into security cameras.
I had previously had a quote from ADT and Lincoln Securities. It became clear after speaking to Kristian at KLS, that he was very particular in making sure that the location and image was maximised (he made a trip prior to installation to make sure that he was certain of this before installation). We have fine-tuned exactly how this will work from a practical point of view so as to meet my expectation and he can also resolve problems remotely by accessing my system. The images are superb and compliment my Police monitored alarm system installed by Lincoln Securities. It s really important that any system is tailored to your property / environment and Kristian was prepared to put in the time to make sure there was no disappointment. I have also had a hardwired ethernet cable installed by KLS (Liam) together with an aerial booster in the loft, all of which worked perfectly from day 1. Highly recommended and very personal and informative service which you do not always get with the bigger companies.
