What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the transformation in people - counselling works on so many levels and it's a joy to see my clients turn themselves around with the help of my support.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to become a counsellor after going through an emotional journey of my own several years ago. I became fascinated by the benefits of counselling, having experienced it first hand. I firmly believe that we all can benefit from counselling - it supports you through emotional difficulty and it enables you to grow as a person.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a very down to earth, approachable counsellor and in sessions I will not just sit in silence, I will give you the space you need to think and to connect with yourself, but I will also interact with you effectively. Also, I offer a full hour of counselling, where most offer just 50 minutes. I've made a conscious decision to do this because I want to give my clients enough time in each session and I want to make sure they don't feel rushed out the door or dismissed. Of course - shorter sessions are available too if you prefer. I offer both face to face and telephone counselling - some of my clients take a mixture of these two and that's fine with me.
