Kirsty Birch Reiki

I have had two 20 minute distance reiki sessions with Kirsty after never having tried it before. The first session completely blew me away with how intense my connection with it was. Kirsty has a real gift and she was able to pick up and work on pain I was having due to a prolapse. The second session was less intense but extremely relaxing. Being somewhat naturally sceptical it took me some time to get around to taking the plunge and adapt to a much more and necessary open minded approach to Reiki. However, especially during current times I have looked into alternatives to help with any anxiety I feel and Reiki really has been rated highly by many. Knowing Kirstys gentle, caring and compassionate nature i didnt think twice about trusting her with my first ever distant Reiki treatment. Along with being extremely relaxed, I felt a slightly deeper connection with the session and a sort of overwhelming feeling of Joy, even giddy at times. I think with my ongoing sessions and treatments with Kirsty in the future the experience is only going to become more rewarding and I can't wait. I cannot recommend her enough. Just had a 20 min reiki session long distance , so I never relax I find it impossible unless it’s bedtime 🥱 BUT wow I actually felt realy calm and actually went into a meditative state of mind it was over to fast so I think 30 mins next time 👍🏻 so big thanks Kirsty 💕
