What do you love most about your job?
Teaching has always been inspirational to us. To see a child gain the confidence to pursue their own success through learning and achieving is motivational. All our teaching staff have one objective : that is to boost confidence and encourage independent learning, that's why they work for Kip.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There are many opportunities to make a difference through education for all our children. Unfortunately schools are failing many of our young people, whether they are high flyers or whether they are 'falling behind' by not providing the individualised support they need. By acquiring our Kip Mcgrath education centre Winchester we feel we can go someway towards helping many of those children to achieve their academic potential.

Kip Mcgrath education centres offer both in-centre and online tuition. Our online platform is a proprietary learning system that does not rely on any of the big tech platforms. It is designed with child security in mind and allows for 1-2-1 secure conversations and teaching.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our centre is fully Covid 19 compliant , following the government guidelines for education centres and schools. All desks, keyboards and monitors are wiped clean after each tutoring session.
Maths & English High Flyer
Subject qualified teachers work to boost your child's confidence and knowledge in Maths and English ready for GCSE's, IGCSE, 11+, SATs or ISEB entry. These 70 minute sessions are focused at students of all ages who are aiming for great success and want to excel in Maths and English
Maths & English Remediation Study
This typical student has fallen behind at school. They need a specialist 1-2-1 tutor to help them regain confidence, boost their self-esteem and help them make up the 'learning gap' in English and Maths. 'Catch up and keep up' is the aim of these sessions leading to academic success.
Core subjects Summer catch up
Kip McGrath Winchester will be offering fun and focused maths, English and science catch up sessions during the summer school break. Based in our centre students of all ages will work on maths tasks, science experiments, academic computer games and English reading & pros' . The aim is to have fun while catching up with lost knowledge. Sessions will be 2.5 hours each afternoon starting at 2pm running Monday - Thursday. Cost £20 / session or £50 / 3 day package.
