They responded to my request very quickly and the next day they came to look at what was required. They said the job could be done in two weeks, or earlier if other work had to be postponed because of the weather.
The weather was too wet for them to do some flat room work the next day, so they said they could come right away if I was available, which I was.
They came promptly and did the work with no fuss or mess. I had also asked about a little pointing work, and they did this at no extra cost.
