After years of other types of treatment I went to see Gayle at Kinetic for muscle activation therapy. In my opinion, Gayle’s knowledge of the structure of the human body and how it works is second to none, and I’ve now recommended my husband to receive treatment for his more complex, long standing painful issues. After seeing Gayle for muscle activation therapy 3 times, and Jess for deep tissue massage, he is already starting to see results and a much improved posture which was severely adding to his spinal condition and pain. For the first time in 30 years, he now has some hope of leading a much less painful and more active lifestyle as he continues with his treatment. having suffered with back and shoulder problems for over 10 years, I've travelled far and wide undergoing all sorts of different treatments without success.
