I am a trauma survivor and have got to a point now where I am ready to help others on their journey to recovery. I am an EFT practitioner, an NLP practitioner, an ex-social worker and I practice what I preach. I can walk alongside you as we navigate the road together, supporting and cheerleading you.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to be part of people's transformation. Helping them to see they have all the resources they need to achieve what they want to in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a survivor of childhood trauma and having moved from surviving to thriving I am ready to walk alongside other people on their journey to emotional freedom and transformation into the best version of themselves
Why should our clients choose you?
I am easy to open up to and truly understand how hard it can be to come through trauma and limiting beliefs which make life difficult. Having walked the path myself I am able to walk alongside others helping them navigate their own path to recovery. I don't have answers for you - we all have different ones - but I am able to help you find the answers you need to live your best life
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I see people over zoom. I don't have capacity to see people in person at the moment but working on zoom can be really positive as you can be in an environment which you find safe. I am happy to work with your video off if it's easier for you and you can switch between on and off too. Most people choose to have cameras on as I am able to tell you a lot about what I am seeing as we go through the process which you might not notice and this is very beneficial to the sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By offering my services online customers are able to join from their own home or a safe place of their choosing so there is zero risk
Single session
A single 60 minute session using counselling skills alongside EFT and NLP
Sessions are conducted by zoom
Introductory session
A 60 - 75 minute session to find out about you, what your goals for therapy are, where you currently are, and an opportunity for us both to assess if working together would be the right thing.
