What makes a great website?
Great images and UX experience, tailored, concise copy and good meta taggs - so its easily found.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would ask who the target audience is, the main goal of the project, timescale, budget and who their competitors are.
Describe your creative process.
We take a detailed brief. Then we would put together a first stage, to be reviewed by the client. From here we would either make changes or tweaks and then move forward to delivery.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Any further information they can supply like photographs or copy.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting results from creative work I have designed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I left my old agency to go on maternity leave and after a year, I set up Kifi Creative, aiming to offer great design to all kinds of businesses, large and small. I also wanted to remove the middle man and offer great design direct to the client. Running my own business has enabled me to be much more creative and after ten years, I have many satisfied customers and a terrific confidence in what I deliver.
