Classes run weekly during term time, and cater to all levels and abilities. A typical class runs for 60 minutes, and includes a series of postures which either flow from one to another, or are held for a number of breaths. Then a breathing technique or exercise is implemented before relaxation to finish off.
Mats, blocks and straps are set up before hand, but if students want to bring along their own, they are welcome to do so.
