Khris is a fantastic personal trainer - he really welcomes you to whatever space you're working in and understands your level of fitness & pushes you just enough to make you want to come back for more. I have also taken part in his online challenges during lockdown and it was great to see how making small changes can change your mood and physical health!

I would 100% recommend Khris and his service, he's friendly, bubbly and always super energetic!

Just completed the 21 day January challenge and I’m over the moon with the results! The support you receive from Khris is incredible, all the information you receive from daily work outs to nutrition is so informative and can be adapted to anyone regardless of your size and fitness level. I’ve done challenges before but this one I started seeing results after a week.
