TLC Removals were AMAZING. Following a very stressful build up to completion day - caused only by solicitors - we were feeling totally stressed out about moving. From the minute that John and Richard turned up to pack up our 4 storey 5 bed house we knew we were in safe hands. Packing day and then the following actual move day were an absolute breeze thanks to John and Richard's team. Nothing was too much trouble, they dismantled and rebuilt all our furniture and without anything breaking! We were amazed that moving house could be so stress free. Today we moved from a four bed detached house to a three bed town house and even though I have moved 13 times before I can honestly say that this was the smoothest move I have ever experienced. We used TLC for a move from Northampton to Sheffield in June 2019. The move was executed in good fashion, TLC turned up on time with a big lorry and four willing chaps that cleared my big 4 bed house in a few hours. They put down plastic wrap on the stairs and export wrapped my TV, iMac and delicate pieces of furniture. Wardrobe boxes were also provided for suites and shirts, all this was in the single cost which was very competitive. We did have some issues, but these were dealt with in a timely and efficient manor. Overall I was very pleased with the service given and would recommend them. More...

After being let down last minute by a man and van, I filled out an online form for quotes and 10 minutes later John was on the phone to me, came to the house an hour later and all the stress disappeared. John and Richard came the next day, took great care in moving all our possessions, including some large items that they took apart and put together again at the other end, whilst also making sure we were okay. It became obvious that the whole experience was so much less stressful because of them and their professionalism. We realise now that a man and van would not have been up to the job and are so grateful to TLC, John and Richard for making our move go smoothly and without worry. More...

John and Richard moved us out of our apartment just before Christmas and really were fantastic. Everything was 5*, from the initial survey, to the extremely thorough packaging, subsequent move, and then the collection of boxes. Competitively priced too. Both were very professional but also friendly and able to have a laugh which made the whole moving process a lot less stressful. Apparently moving house is supposed to be a stressful day, not a chance with TLC Removals! We had the full package service & removal, which I could highly recommend! Possibly the most stress free day I have had, accompanied by John & Richard to which I could not fault the professionalism of both individuals! With us exchanging contracts 3 days prior to the completion on our house TLC visited our property to provide a quote within hours of us calling them. Amazing considering we phoned them at 6pm one evening. Just by meeting John & Richard that evening we knew our house move would be with little stress with the services they provided.
