We can't thank you enough, Kerry! Being based in Denmark had made designing our new home in Norfolk not the easiest of tasks, so we decided to bring Kerry on board.
She has made it so easy for us, being able to leave everything in her capable hands, to Design, Install and Style ready for our return this December, we absolutely love everything!
Kerry asked us many questions to ensure everything was exactly right from the start, we had our consultation and then she visited our new place to take measurements, a wonderful set of mood boards and layouts then came through for us to sign off.
Not being in the country we couldn't purchase everything ourselves so she handled that to, along with going down to the tiniest of details and making sure we had, fresh flowers, cutlery and plates, for when we arrived. I had never heard of the term 'turn key' before, but this was just that, a home ready to be used! (Which the little ones have enjoyed making it feel more 'lived in'.) We could not be more happy with the service, and will no doubt be recommending her to everyone we know! Thank you for your hard work Kerry.

I was struggling on making a simple colour choice for my Victorian hall/stairs/landing. Kerry came to our house with swatches, lighting, flooring and took time to show how colours would look in different areas depending on lighting (something I hadn’t thought of).
We discussed options at length and also colours for accessories, plant pots, mirrors, pictures. When Kerry left I was full of confidence on how to move forward and for once look forward to starting this project.
I would highly recommend Kerry and her professional approach.

Durham Magneto Optics Ltd hired Kerry as our Interior Stylist to transform our 17th century Dairy Farm converted into a Nanotechnology Laboratory. This is a very strange mix of styles that Kerry had the task of balancing without offending any history this beautiful building contains. I am amazed by her ability to visualize a space and her experience with listed builds making all our wants and desires for each room realised. Her persona put all of the directors at ease and has also transformed the quality of work life each employee experiences here and for that I am endlessly grateful. One of my favorite aspects of the design was to reuse broken microchips and cables as framed art work that can also acts as a talking point to potential clients. Another part of the design which I particularly liked was in order to maximise seating she created different seating levels truly maximising every inch of the space. Kerry came to the rescue when I had reached to the point of sleep deprivation and anxiety over my kitchen remodeling project. I had a bad contractor who promises so much but under delivered. It was supposed to be a simple floor and kitchen island expansion project, but the new floor threw off everything. I was so stressed and unhappy, Kerry was very responsive and help eased my mind by pointing and guiding me in the right direction with style, color and how it should complement each other. Kerry did a fantastic job of redesigning my lounge. It was a tricky room as it was so large and had to be a practical and functional room for our growing family. Kerry was able to provide 3D drawings so that I could visualise her ideas. Kerry provided suggestions on furniture arrangements and solutions for additional seating and storage as well as answering specific questions on wall colour, rugs, carpet and curtains. She also sourced alternative lights to the ones I had suggested in order to give me a few options to choose from. Kerry kindly put together 3 gorgeous, contemporary mood boards for a kitchen/diner/lounge for a new build in Dublin. Although Kerry just worked off the plans (and a very particular brief) she was able to put together an imaginative and detailed design taking in all my preferences for colour, texture and materials. Kerry also suggested good-value suppliers who would ship to Dublin and was very forthcoming in offering help to source furniture etc. I'm very confident I can continue her suggestion of colour & style into the remaining rooms of my home and am delighted to have her mood boards to work from, it's a weight off my shoulders. I consulted with Kerry in 2016 when I found myself losing confidence with style and colour choices for our new kitchen which had just been extended.
There were so many choices of units, worktops, flooring, wall coverings, window furnishings, lighting that I found it overwhelming and began to worry about making expensive purchases that I might regret.
Kerry was a Godsend. She gave me great advice and was really encouraging and reassuring, explaining why some things worked while others didn't. We are delighted with the outcome and Kerry was a delight to work with. As she says about herself on her website she wants to build personal relationships and you sense that what she does is, indeed, an extension of herself. Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Catering to all Design Styles. From Minimalist to Boho, Contemporary to Traditional, I love design, along with all of the styles, and periods of time which have inspired it through the ages.
What do you love most about your job?
People - I love meeting you all! It's the best feeling when I can put a face to a name, and sit down for a cup of tea, to talk about the dreams you have from your home and see just how I can help make them a reality. Nothing gives me a bigger smile on my face than when I see how happy a client is with the space we've created for them or helped them to finish!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been creative and loved designing house interiors with my parents since I was only little, watching design shows in the evening, listening to any terms for interior configuration on grand designs. It was my biggest dream to own my own home and design it, but what better than to help others do the same, and by doing this with my own business, I get to be the first port of call for every client and the person who helps realise their hopes for their home. To have touched 1000's of people along the way, all over to world with my designs, it gives me a special kind of feeling, and mostly gratitude. To know I've made a small or large change that might make their days that bit easier through function, happier through aesthetics, or have provided a new fresh injection into their space to make them fall in love with their home all over again!
Why should our clients choose you?
I will put you at the forefront of your design, so many want your business but don't want your space to imitate who you are as a person, your hobbies, your passions, or just in general how you want to live your life, just rinse and repeating for each client. I make spaces that are perfect for the person living in that home, for your style, your taste, and that make you enjoy living in them. What is the point of a designer who, yes, might make a masterpiece interior that is worthy of being in a gallery, but hasn't taken into account the occupiers of that said space, 2 adults and 3 children living in that space? I don't know how long it will last, but my money is on not very long.
I will sit with you, and find out what you want, and we will find that ground where you are comfortably uncomfortable. Enough to feel beautiful and magazine-worthy, yet functional and a working space. Both! I often meet clients in person for design meetings and consultations, as it's such a great way to get a feel for your space and make a great connection with said client. However, I first started working in the design industry as a purely online design service, working internationally with clients all over. So, whichever suits you best online or remote, I've got you covered.

Layouts and Furniture Planning
This can be from the concept of building with room planning to rearranging your furniture to create the best functional space.
Design Board and Shopping List
After your Consultation to discuss your project and Layout to figure out the best function for your space, a Design Board is the final step to bring your aesthetic and function together. You'll receive a PDF format design board, including all items I recommend are bought for your space (along with links), to create the exact look and feel you are hoping to achieve.
Purchasing
Purchasing Process - After your Design Board and Shopping list, has been completed. This helps to streamline the buying process for you, I purchase all items, so you don't have to. This is offered at a 10% total value fee, on whole orders.
Saving you time, money, and stress. I purchase the items, saving your time opening up multiple supplier accounts, saving money through supplier trade savings (via some portals), track everything for you from Delivery dates, tracking details, order references, send you details for guarantees, and *returns if needed.
* Delivery dates will be scheduled so that as many as possible are on the same dates, to avoid waiting around and will be managed effeciently.
*Deliveries/Returns, of course, will require someone to be at your home to accept these or send out for delivery. (At your own cost.)
Buying Trip
Personal Shopping Day - I alone will visit multiple retailers/suppliers, who have some of the best only (in-store) deals and products. This can find you huge savings on decorative items, along with having an Interior Design Professional Personal Shop for your space, with that key eye for detail, and choosing the right items to feature in your space. From accent chairs and light fixtures to that tiny trinket sitting at your dressing table, that all your guests are simply in ore of! Let me help you wow yourself and others.
Installation
Installation Day/s - My team of professional installers and I will be available for as many full days as necessary to get the job done. From hanging curtains to fixing up flat-pack or hanging art up on your walls, we are here to help. I will be available for styling, correcting hanging positions, also advising heights, and adjustments to the crew for items being installed.
Usually 1 to 2 days, installation begins early on the first day and ends late on the second. (Based on a 3 bedroom house, with interior fit).
Prior to our arrival any decorating such as painting, wallpapering, or services you would consider for a handy person, electrician, carpenter, plumber, gas person, and or other trade, should be completed before our arrival. I can also help with this scheduling via my management services.
Design Management
Purchasing Management - Details above.
Delivery Management - I will accept deliveries of items for you at your address, price varies.
Installation Management - Overseeing installation for all items, price varies.
Turnkey - This management service is based on turn-key clients, if you are ready to up and leave for a week, we can have everything under control and ready for your return, price varies.
Styling
Styling - There are two options.
One - If you decide to purchase the items from your shopping list alone and look after deliveries, I offer this service as a personal touch to help finish off your decor and ensure everything is sat in its most aesthetically beautiful spot whilst achieving optimum functionality. Once your decorative elements are unpacked, simply leave the rest to me, the price varies depending on the size of space, etc.
Two - I will visit your home to help you style your current space with items you have already, and advise if any other items may be beneficial, this offers a freshening up service for those who are happy with everything they have but just need a little extra helping hand in the right direction, the price varies depending on the size of space, etc.
