What do you love most about your job?
I help people achieve the dream to own their own home, or help them save money...what's not to love about that?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as an IFA for many years but my background was working in a Building Society & as time moved on I specialised in Mortgages. I later headed up a Regional Mortgage Team for a firm of over 1000 advisors, running mortgage desks out of Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool & Glasgow. In 1998 I made the move to set up Kennedy Mortgage Services as an Independent Mortgage Broker & I have never looked back.

Over the years you discover the value of people, you discover who is trustworthy and who is just in in to make money. We all need to make a living for sure, but to me Service Loyalty & Trust are far more valuable qualities to have. I have built my business primarily on word of mouth recommendation for over 2 decades & my clients know & trust me to look after them time & time again. I put the client first ever time...and yes...I am very good at what I do. It costs nothing to talk to me, and that is always a good place to start.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As above I am happy to deal with clients on many different platforms.
I work from home and when local and possible would be happy to invite clients to my office here.
or visit their home or office by arrangement, wearing a mask of course & keeping a social distance.
