Coaching is about working with you to maximise your potential, focusing on knowledge and skills you already have and giving you space to create solutions. It’s all about you. It gives you a completely open and confidential space to explore and identify any blockers that you need to address. Coaching helps you to observe life situations objectively, and mindfully, and become fully aware of your personal impact.
I’ll ask questions and help you to explore the areas you want to, and there will be opportunities to use tools to help us to drive out solutions and actions. Some of the themes we would work through are listed below.

Change is not easy. Yet, it's the one constant in life, As soon as one wave passes, another comes. If we're caught off guard it can feel like a real struggle to stay above water. We can feel like we've lost control. We can reach for comforting habits that aren't necessarily good for us, or our relationships with others, but they help us to cope.

My first ten years of coaching experience was within organisations, helping people to understand how changing their behaviours and personal approach could benefit them in their quest to be their best. Now, as a qualified Transformational Coach and Meditation Teacher, I work with individuals to understand what drives them and help them to own their life journeys, by letting go of the past and building the confidence to be themselves.
I offer a free 30 minutes intro session for us to see if we’re a good fit.
