Unfortunately our Professional Shop was broken into just before the Easter weekend. With a mangled roller shutter door and the holiday weekend started I wondered if I would ever find a company to get us secure. I googled roller shutter doors and came up with KD Doors who I phoned and within an hour they were on site and had repairs underway. We have recently had KD Doors onsite to carry out a repair to our roller shutters. This was another of many site visits to our facility where KD Doors have carried out a safe and professional job, all done in a timely manner. The large loading bay shutter of our self storage facility came off its guide rails leaving us unable to secure the premises at closing time. We contacted KD Doors who managed to get their engineer to us within the hour. William had it fixed and running smoothly within an hour enabling us to confidently lock up and go home. I contacted KD doors late in the afternoon having found that my roller shutter garage door was jammed about two feet short of closing. The door had the appearance of having been hit in some way as it had come partly out of the side channels.I expected a visit the following day but Colin from the company arrived, although by this time it was dark and the rush hour traffic was well and truly under way.He spent some time working on the door and managed finally to get it free and running properly in spite of the fact that he not actually come to repair the door but to carry out an assessment and was certainly not dressed to carry out any work.Cost : If you ever decided to mechanise the door do consider us.
