We could not fault the service we received from Karl.I found the company via the RICS website, so I knew it was accredited and regulated. His communication was faultless and came was very accommodating. He was a local to the area, and new my road and surrounding properties very wellHe got back to all my questions quickly and turned the comprehensive report around within the promised time. The The survey covers everything we needed to move forward with our purchase. What do you love most about your job?
Every project, survey and valuation is different and throws up new challenges. I enjoy meeting and working with different people as part of a team.

Why should our clients choose you?
We do things as if it was my own house purchase or own extension and our reviews on outlets like Yell speak for themselves. We take a very communicative line of management from start to finish and remain always available.

We can, but i prefer to visit and meet people as you need to see things holistically to properly undrstand the challenges. Im not convinced remote working is helpful in identifying challenges to ensure best practice for the client. Yu need to understand what the client wants and how it applies to the local environment to best assist and to avoid mistakes which cost money.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We regularly covid test. My wifes a nurse and so it is mandatory.
