I understand you are frustrated that we were unable to provide you with just one cleaner for 2 hours but as explained due to your persistent negative, unreasonable and abusive behavior towards our staff it was our duty to send 2 cleaners to your property for one hour as we had safety concerns as your original cleaner left feeling very uneasy and afraid to return on her own. We are fully insured so please feel free to contact us personally regarding the furniture you feel has been damaged by a member of our staff.

After using other cleaners and feeling disappointed I found KBL Cleaning and they have been great. The ladies came over to discuss my requirements and told me I would have a cleaner called Sophie. Sophie is amazing she worked so hard in the three hours she spent at my home, I couldn’t be happier. Detailed cleaning nothing is left everything moved and dusted, the shower sparkles, windows and mirrors smear free ! Sophie even let my little dog follow her around and kept him company. I am happy I’ve finally found a prompt hardworking cleaner I shall be continuing to use KBL cleaners and I will most definitely be keeping the lovely, polite and hardworking Sophie for my weekly clean. What's more, is we only charge £11 per man hour for general cleaning and £13 per man hour for deep cleaning.
