Wouldn’t go anywhere else... love my nails every time I go. The girls are lovely and very friendly. I regularly get comments on my nails and always tell them where I go. Such skilled staff that are current with trends and professional knowledge. I have had nails done by both Kaycie and Vicky who make you feel welcomed and relaxed. I have also had lashes done with Taya recently, and they were exactly what I wanted and stayed on for weeks without too much glue. They were the perfect length and volume (had bad experience previously elsewhere so knew what I could compare to). Have been going to the Brislington salon since it first opened I followed Kaycie to her salon from the previous salon she worked in. I love the fact that I can book appointments well in advance and that all appointments are stuck to and they never keep me waiting. I have never been unhappy with any of the services I have ever had at the salon. If I ever loose a nail (which is rare) they are always very accommodating with fitting me in ASAP to sort it out. This was my nail salon for over a year the girls were always lovely and I became good friends with the nail technician that regularly did my nails Tanya she was brilliant and I never knew what colour I wanted she always helped with everything, I’m just gutted that I moved away and can’t visit anymore but when I’m due to visit the area I will definitely book again! Chairs comfy, though could do with a head rest but still had a bit of a snooze. Wife had some nails done which were good, but my takeaway from the whole thing was definitely comfy chair.
