I am a trained Nutritional Therapist specialising in complementary healthcare for women. I help a wide range of women diagnosed with PCOS or struggle with PMS to pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum. I aim to improve hormone balance and nutrient deficiencies, freeing women to be their best, most effective selves at work, socially and in family life.

Kat has helped me so much with not just my diet, but also my lifestyle. She has made sure that I fully understand the reasons why she has changed certain parts of my diet and lifestyle so that I can learn to make the right choices myself. She is always there to answer my questions and has such a great knowledge about what is truth and what is a fad when it comes to holistic nutrition. I approached Kat in June this year. I have been suffering from adult acne due to hormone imbalance caused by stress. After a thorough consultation and a hormone test. Kat designed a nutrition program with a personalised herbal supplements couple with lifestyle changing habit tips. As a result I now have clear skin, increased energy and alertness to name a few of the healing benefits I have experienced by following Kat's programme. I am a full time working mother of two young children with a very demanding job. Kat is absolutely fantastic. I went from veggie to vegan a while back and started to feel low in energy and had a fuzzy head. Through collating a food diary and explaining my symptoms Kat was able to advise on dietary needs and gave me specific foods to increase my intake on. As well as introduce additional foods currently not in my diet. Kat also suggested some supplements which really helped and I felt healthy and balanced again. She is very specific in her recommendations, she doesn't over subscribe supplements, but suggests affordable quality supplements. Kat has a great ethos and a hollistic approach: good diet, wellness, mindfulness and exercise all help us to be healthy and balanced. I first came to see Kat when I was pregnant; I was suffering from “morning sickness” and reflux. These symptoms continued throughout my pregnancy and it was very difficult to keep food down - this led to concerns about the lack of good nutrition getting through to my baby. Meanwhile I was very low in energy, losing weight and always tired. Kat really helped me to get back on track with sound advice on what to eat (and how to eat it) and which supplements were best to take whilst pregnant - this was all written into a plan for me to easily follow. She was full of information and great to talk with. Such a lovely lady who is very friendly, approachable and genuinely wants to help you. I first met with Kat after a few recommendations from friends.
In June ‘17, I had severe food poisoning that shut down my digestive system, which left me unable to eat/drink many foods. It also took a toll on my skin and hair which was very depressing. This continued for months.
With Kat’s help- providing healthy food alternatives and recommendations of supplements, along with a guide and constant communication, I can say I’ve never felt better!

A friend recommended Kat to me for pcos/hairloss/low energy. She really looks at the whole person and other factors which were contributing to my symptoms which I hadn't thought about. She is extremely knowledgeable and after an in-depth consultation she wrote up a plan for me to follow which included diet modifications, supplements/foods to incorporate and activities to add to my daily/weekly schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Kat, after meeting with her I made changes to my lifestyle, diet etc and had great improvements to my energy/mood levels. Kat is a great nutritionist and a really lovely person. We had our sessions and she helped with a lot of things that I have been struggling with. She never pushed me to buy things just for the sake of it, but instead she made sure all the supplements were a perfect match to my needs. Prior to my visit with Cat, I was experiencing fatigue and hormone problems. I was very tired, bloated and depressed. I sought her expertise to balance my hormones naturally. Since seeing her, I have felt more energetic and feel my hormones are improving. She considered everything and she is very kind and compassionate. She made several life-changing recommendations for me and I am happy to say that within 2 weeks I felt much better and had lost some weight too.
