We’ve had a hit and miss experiences with cleaners over the last 3yrs. We agreed to a 3hr deep clean and we’re delighted with the results.
Karen provided all her own products, cloths, mops and magic nook and cranny tools. Friday was Karen’s second visit, she got stuck in straight away. Her first clean really lasted and she was able to spend a third of her time bringing the standard back up and started on a different part of the house.
Karen just gets on with her work without any distractions and is happy to tackle any area that needs attention.
We feel Karen’s cleaning services is a good fit for us and plan to hang on to her.

Karen is a lovely person, she explained what she would be doing and which areas of the house needed more attention.
Her attention to detail is remarkable, she did an outstanding job of my bathroom and left it gleaming.

How long have you been in business?
I have been in buisness since 2016. Ive met some lovely people a long the way, that has helped me grow in confidence.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes i provide all my own cleaning products. If customers prefer me to use their products then thats also fine.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working for myself, i get a real satisfaction out of it. I love meeting new people and doing the best job i can. Nothing better than making your client smile ? when they walk through the door ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own cleaning buisness, because i wanted to do something for myself. Im energetic and love the speed of the work, and i love to make everything sparkle. Call me crazy ? but it gives me great satisfaction, and my clients show their appreciation which is so uplifting
Why should our clients choose you?
Because im friendly, polite and eger to please. Very hard working, trustworthy, dependable and i do a thorough job
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow all the government guidelines. Keep myself safe and my customers.
I offer weekly/fortnightly general cleans. Deep cleans and 1 off cleans
I supply my own cleaning products.
