I have worked with Karen on a 1-1 basis and found her support, guidance, direction and commitment to be second to none. Karen Is very attentive and listens well. Karen is firm but fair she motivates you into change. Karen helps you to unlock the answers from within which empowered without. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Karen.
Thankfully I am able to turn to Karen if and when circumstances arises in life and after a number of sessions I am reassured and able to cope.

Thank you so much Karen for everything.

I am currently undergoing counselling sessions with Karen. Initially, due to preconceived ideas. I was reluctant to be open. However, Karen was very patient. Allowing me to go at my own pace and feeling relaxed. Ultimately, I overcame this barrier. We are now in our seventh week and I am in a much better place. More...

It was my first time seeking counsel and was recommended by another professional. Karen made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I needed someone to open up to without bias. She helped me overcome my deep negative thoughts and empowered me with self esteem. I highly recommend her service, well worth it. Thank you Karen More...

Q&As

I love empowering and supporting others to develop resilience, reaching their full potential and becoming a better version of themselves.

Going through life's experiences working in the counselling sectors, managerial positions and fostering services. I was encouraged in becoming more self-sufficient and forward thinking in doing what I love to do without constraints.

I am passionately a committed, honest, and unbiased person. Fundamentally, the one thing that I was always aware about my life is that I love to help others. Rather than a desire to make things better for people being just one aspects of my work, I now place making a difference in people's lives at the centre of my professional life.

I am available and flexible to provide a service according to your own preferences. This service can be telephone, online or remotely, the choice is yours.

Integrative counselling, is a combined approach to counselling. Which brings together different elements of specific therapies. For example, referring to some principles of psychodynamic, person-centred, or cognitive behavioural approach; amongst others. This means, that there is no one model that can be used on each client in all situations. Rather, as each person individual needs and personal circumstances diffentiates. These counselling techniques must be tailored to the clients experiences.
