This is a great value for money gym, it gets busy but never had an issue getting a machine even at peak times - the mobile app is handy for seeing how busy it is but it's very predictable. It's your normal PureGym, never really too busy and even when the app says it is, there's always machines free. Not really interacted with any of the staff so can't speak in that aspect. Regular Classes, all kinda similar to others at other PureGym's but there is always spaces free if you want to attend and it's included with your membership. Good size Gym plenty of free weights good selection of machines only fault there is no alcohol spray bottles or paper towels to clean down your bench when you have finished using then so if hygiene is not an issue for you excellent Gym.
