I will wear a mask if requested, always sanitise my hands before work
Electrical testing
EICR - Electrical installation condition report - usually every 5 years for rented properties or every 10 years for privately owned. I carry out a full test and issue a report. Based on the results I prepare a quote for remedial work (if required)
Fuseboard upgrade
Installation of new fuseboards (consumer units) to ensure compliance with the current regulations. Includes EIC testing (electrical installation certificate).
Smoke detectors
Supplying and installation of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors complying with the new Scottish legislation (The Housing (Scotland) Act 1987)
Minor electrical jobs
Replacement or installation of lights, switches, sockets etc.
Fault finding
Testing and identifying faults if something is not working right. Remedial works carried out.
