Craig is a friendly and polite guy. Very professional, he explained exactly what he was going to do before starting the job. He turned up on time and completed the job in no time at all. The little but most important winners for me were the fact he wore overshoes when inside the house, supplied an aerial cable when i had one and even sorted the tuning out without being asked. Craig is a top lad, very friendly and polite with a professional manner. I contacted him on this site and explained what I needed and he gave me a quote straight away and a date he could attend. Craig arrived on time and was very respectful with our property as he wore shoe covers whilst in the house, he was very quick and clearly knew what he was doing and he made sure everything was working correctly before he left and couldn't do enough for his customer. We received excellent service from Craig! We was having issues with our tv so I dropped Craig a message and he arranged to come out next day, he told us exactly what was wrong and gave us lots of advice on what we could do, we had a brand new Ariel fitted witch has given us excellent results. Craig was brilliant, with the stress of moving he sorted out everything I asked for, when plans changed he quickly rearranged for me which was brilliant, he came and got on with the job quickly, he couldn’t finish it all in one day so came back the second day and finished off, brilliant service, straight prices and thankyou for putting our tellys on the wall you saved us a fight with the brackets �

Can't recommend Craig highly enough. From the quote process through to completion of the works. Craig is very professional and genuinely interested in getting what you want done. Through no fault of his own faulty equipment needed 3 visits (on a Saturday & Sunday late in the day !) to get it right. His knowledge of the kit out there to resolve issues is excellent (or am I getting old ) and we now have the perfect solution to our new home tv problems.
