Joe gave us a quote a couple of days ago. He came today to remove two large Yucca’s. He was friendly, professional, efficient and he tidied up after the job. We would highly recommend him.

I looked for some conifers removing on line on Monday night and was contacted by Joe on Tuesday morning and by 12-30 Tuesday the job was done and cleaned up.Very satisfied.

They contacted me quickly came round within the hour I just wanted a quote but they said they could fit me in there and then I did accept their quote as there were 2 of them and I thought it would be at least 4 hours work , the quote £140
it took them 1 hour , I was absolutely astonished 😧, I am an OAP and took them at their word but I had to get them to tidy up , they are definitely not gardeners if they were they would treat the garden and the owner with respect.
No mention of dropping the price £140 for an hours work is outrageous. More...

They responded quickly with a phone call, saying they would call in and give me a quote. We agreed a price for my overgrown hawthorn hedge and they worked non-stop the same day until the job was finished, taking away the larger branches and leaving everything tidy. So he came pretty quickly after I called him within the hour, to do my lawn at a fair price told him I would need it doing every 3 weeks though he didn't have his strimmer with him I told him that's fine
and just please just come back within a few days to finish the edges and he never did.... All my neighbours commented on how much of a bodged job he left it in after a week you could see the grass edges shooting up And Im not sure if it's the way he cut my lawn but when it grew back its grew back in longer longer patches all over in places and also he hasn't returned to do it 3 weekly, I have had to ask my neighbours and my community to help which cost me more as the grass was so over grown because he never came back when we agreed.. Very stressful as I had my sons first birthday garden party Sunday just gone and I had tooo much to do. The first time I paid him via bank transfer before he completed the job I did it out of good faith that he would come back and finish it.... Wouldn't really recommend him as he doesn't stick to his word also because I'm not sure if it's the way he cut my grass that it came back like a patchy jungle... If its not fair doos but otherwise unreliable. More...

Hi there shohia yeah I was waiting for a response from you and I cut the grass like any of the lawnmower wood and yes I did say I was going to come back and strim decide on the next time we come to your property but we did not get any response and for any inconvenience caused I will be reimbursing you £15 what was quoted to do the job so sorry about this I will be popping by to drop in to pay you your money back thank you

Quoted and completed the work all within a few hours only a couple of days after I put up my bark request. Lovely team and they did a great job of cutting back some trees for us. Would recommend.
