We used Salama for a work event and she was very professional, flexible and provided and excellent service on the day. Not to mention the delicious food! ! brought the original jerk sauce. after talking with Sal about different recipes I could make with the sauce I decided to go with jerk fish and rice. I've always loved jerk fish anyway so was easily persuaded lol. anyway the jerk seasoning was delicious. I only marinated my fish for around 3 hours would normally do over night but was looking forward to it to much. it was amazing all the flavour that came through, with the limited marinade time was amazing. Sal and her lovely catering team did an amazing job of feeding all our hungry wedding guests yesterday. What a fab bunch of friendly, hard working people, who clearly have a passion for serving great tasting food.
