I am a fully qualified Human Givens Therapist. I have over 20 year's experience working in health and social care settings with both individuals and families. My training in Human Givens psychotherapy enables me to help people with a range of conditions. I work to help clients feel better fast and in as few sessions as possible.

I am passionate about listening to my clients, understanding the world from their perspective and helping them to build resilience and find solutions to life's challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to make changes and reach their full potential whatever their current difficulties. I have a caring and compassionate approach. I work with clients to identify their unmet emotional needs and ensure these needs are met in healthy and balanced ways. Clients are introduced to the mind-body connection and the importance of good quality sleep to improve the quality of mental health and well-being. Clients discover and learn how to use their innate strengths and resources to feel better fast and start living the life they choose. I hold an enhanced DBS disclosure. I work from therapy rooms in Woodbridge and am also happy to travel to visit clients at home if necessary.
