I offer general housekeeping such as hoovering, dusting,floor and window cleaning. We also offer laundry, ironing and bed changing.
I offer additional services such as small pet care and shopping.

No polish was used or bleach or disinfectant, totally disappointed in the service I received. I had to clean the house again, complained and got the 2nd house clean for free and they did very little. They use the same mop for each house and don't even have a mop bucket. Wouldn't recommend this company unless you like to waste money and have to re clean your house again. Total disappointment. Hi Marie, Thank you for your version of our service. Totally untrue that no polish,bleach or disinfectant were used . As for same mop used in each house,yes it is the same pole, but heads are changed regularly with colour coding system in place,and disposable cloths used when necessary. I don't know how you would know that ,as you had to take your aggressive dog out of the house in order for us to clean. I did give you a free clean on our second visit,merely as a gesture of good will,not because you didn't get a proper clean first time. As you will see from my other reviews ,the vast majority of my customers, many who have been with me for years,are very happy with the service I provide. I am sorry you were not pleased,but I cannot give you a free service. Thank you once again for taking the time to submit your review and I do hope you find a service you are satisfied with. Absolutely disgusting I paid £60 for a deep clean arrived with Hoover witout a nozzle down no cleaning just my blind and shower door I cried so much my family wanted to do something about it I did phone Jo who offered to come back but I am sorry I would have to have taught her how to clean how many older people does she go into and take money for doing very little I was lucky I have my wits about me I am74 years of age I thought she would have been so good as she sold herself to be the best that was a joke and afraid at my expense I woud never recomend to any one a dreadful experience

Hi jean I am sorry you found the need to write this very one sided review, firstly I did not arrive with no brush for hoover, I simply removed the brush to get into all the corners. Your bathroom, kitchen and living room including your blinds were cleaned thoroughly. When you called me the next day to say you were unhappy, not only did I offer to come back, I offered you your money back, I am certainly not out to Rob old people, or anyone for that matter as you have implied. I think the all five stars on my website confirms that.
