Jonathan James Lettings have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. If ever there's a problem, it's sorted very quickly and has even come out at night when I had a problem with the boiler. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for that extra 'something' that you don't normally get from a letting agency. 'Jonathan James' has recently let out one of my residential properties in Rochdale, Greater Manchester and I am very pleased with the service. Jonathan not only has a great understanding of the local market and marketing of a property, but also is very aware of the landlords needs and delivers the best customer service I have ever received from a letting agency. Jonathan James has been a absolute God send to myself my partner and our young daughter. We met Jonathan when we viewed one of his property's, and right from the of he offered us nothing but help support and guidance. Jonathan is a very warming guy totally different to any other agency i have used previously, he goes out of his way to ensure you are settled in your property. He also make it a priority to get to know his tenants and interact with us on a personal level. I cant thank him enough for what he has done for my family.

I am currently renting a property now of Jonathan James lettings! The landlord is always hands on and always happy to help from the smallest of problems! In the past I have rented houses where the landlords are not very helpful atall, however during my time with Jonathan James I have always been 100% happy with everything and my landlord constantly reassures me any problems he is only a phonecall away! Jonathan is extremely professional and reliable. He deals with your property with the same care and attention as if it is his own. This makes him stand head and shoulders above the many other property management businesses I've dealt with. After urgently needing to help find a property for my daughter to rent, we came across Jonathan James Lettings and Property. The effort Jonathan put in to finding her the right accommodation for her situation and to suit her family needs was excellent and very reassuring as he looked after everything and kept us updated all the way through the process.

I would like to recommend Jonathan James Lettings for a number of reasons.
1. Excellent communication, confirms viewings, appointments, replies promptly to emails and texts.
2. Collected application forms from my home.
3. Was able to answer all my children's questions and queries as we looked round the property.
4. Pointed out cosmetic and practical repairs throughout the property whilst viewing and is upfront about running costs and expectations of both the tenant and landlord.
5. Any query, however small or tedious has been promptly answered.
6. Confirmation of payments received in a timely manner.

Very impressed by the personal touch that is apparent from the minute you look round. After a negative experience with my current landlord I can only say this is a welcomed and a refreshing change.

Jonathan James have been SO accomodating with our home search. From answering phone calls at any time of the evening to negotiating with the landlord on my behalf. Multiple viewing are never an issue and Jonathan isn't happy unless we are happy with our new home. His fees are extremely honest and his attention to detail is second to none (even making sure our new house has all new light bulbs! ) He has been a pleasure to deal with and a breath of fresh air when it comes to lettings agents.
