Jonathan designed our catalogue & several flyers. JHD were quick to respond, listened to our requirements, designed & re-designed to our needs, guided us where we needed (which was quite often ! ) - Final drafts ensured accuracy. Print quality & final quantity options were tailored to our needs. (For us medium volume - high quality) - We would recommend & use again. More...

Johnathen designed a web page for my bed and breakfast business, as the web page progressed we worked together until the page was just as I wanted it. Johnathen is very enthusiastic and has a sharp eye for detail, he noticed things that I had missed. My web page has been a great boost to my business and I can call on Johnathen at any time. It was a pleasure to work on this project with Johnathen and I would highly recommend Johnathen Hurley Design More...

What makes a great website?
Use of use, aesthetics and relevant content. Also speed and SEO (search engine optimisation). Our aim therefore is to produce a website for you:
that will be easily found on Google
that when someone visits it they are impressed enough to stay on that site and find out more
that will convince visitors of the desirability of your product or service
that will convert potential customers into loyal clients
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What do you want this project to achieve for you? When do you want it? Do you have any preferences (likes and dislikes).
Describe your creative process.
We listen, we advise, we listen again, we revise and we deliver. We always take on board your comments and suggestions and will continue refining the design until you are completely happy with your corporate identity. Your corporate identity is key to your success. Don’t let a hastily designed one hold you back, a well-designed, memorable iconic brand can become your most valuable asset.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
If it is a logo then the name and description of the business, the competition, preferences, likes and dislikes and timescales.
What do you love most about your job?
Every client is different so every project is unique. I love making clients look good, because when they look good- I look good.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted more control over the creative process. And more control over the business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I want to give then the best design at a cost they can afford. Rather than making a quick profit I more interested in building long term business relationships.
