I've never enjoyed exercise so much! Jon Hill is encouraging, positive and has a unique fun way for people of all ages to exercise in 30 minutes and to soon show great results. The small group classes are with a great group of people and we laugh from start to finish while getting fit and healthy. Everyone is so welcoming. The begining of someones fitness goals is so important for success and longevity of the health and well-being. The most important I believe. I offer new clients and beginners a realistic starting point, with two complementry sessions. First a Free 30-Minute Dynamic 1-2-1 PT session, coached to a moderate towards hard level of intensity, based on their current levels of health and fitness. Then Second is followed up by InBody Composition scan. The scan is an analysis of water, protein, minerals, body fat, lean muscle mass, percentage of body fat Etc. Knowledge is key to achieving fitness goals.
Training sessions will always be fun, blood pumping, endorphin flowing with a real sense of achievement at the end of each session. Clients will notice clothes fitting better but even better their friends will as well.
I recommend regular InBody Scans to track mid to long term goals. The investment truly pays off for the client and myself.

When I learnt my craft I was Coached the (KISS Principle) Keep it simple stupid. This was one of the most important lessons I learnt many years ago. This was followed up by the (FITT Principle) Frequency, intensity, time and type of training. When you and your PT get these two simple principles right, you'll get the body of your dreams. I can guarantee results, training my clients with World leading training systems, the best of eqiupment, technology and education.

Regulary Coaching absolute beginners or clients of moderate levels of health and fitness to above average high levels. I love it when clients step off my InBody Composition Scan at my personal training studio after weeks and months of hard training and adhering to healthy habits. I read out the InBody score, results and awesome changes to body composition. The smiles, sometimes tears of joy and the very visual sense of achievement on clients faces is very powerful. My job is very reciprocal in reward.

I remember after becoming qualified as a PT a number years ago myself and other PT's were at recruiting camp for Virgin Active in Staines. It was a full day of tasks, team building and coaching in pairs in front of various site managers. The day was going really well and I impressed the manager of my then local Virgin Active.
What inspired me to start my own business ?. Sat there on the floor listening to what was expected of us as PT's. We was asked to guess who were the most important people were at Virgin Active ? We were told not the members but shockingly shareholders. On my Second interview I was offered a contract as a PT for my local Virgin Active. I declined and have not looked back.
I signed a lease and opened the areas only official SPINNING(R) facility. It is still to this day.
Working for myself means the quaility of the equipment, technology, education and training systems are at the very high end of my industry and are ahead of other local gyms and personal trainers. only the very best will do for my clients. I along with my Wife have invested well over 100k in our businesses.

I train Professional, semi professional and retired clients who want to invest in themselves. I have extensive training in the fitness industry. I've runned my successful personal training business in Blackwater for 16 years now. I specialise in 30-Minute Dynamic 1-2-1 PT services that's time efficient, local and outside in the fresh air. Training is movement based, mainly standing on your feet, thats very effective with life changing results never to far away. Sessions are fun, goal driven and never boring!!!
If outside training isn't your thing or the weather is bad we simply come inside. The 30 Minute sessions I coach are more than enough for reaching your goals.

I have taken alot of my PT sessions outside in the fresh air where space is never a problem. My equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly, my studio also has lots of windows to maintain good air flow.
