Q&As

I enjoy solving problems and helping businesses to perform more successfully. I also enjoy saving clients money and generating a great deal more revenue. I love working along side a client not just solving their issues but transferring skills so that they are better equipped to solve their own problems in the future.

Having worked for a large blue chip consultancy for 18 years I felt that I had could provide a more bespoke and cost effective service for clients. A number of clients had said to me they wished I could work direct for them rather than paying the premium that comes with a blue chip brand. They now get the same great service at a lower cost.

I have built a reputation for quality, integrity and innovation resulting from many years of building relationships with my clients. It is essential that the client-consultant relationship is based on trust and mutual respect. My collaborative, fresh and determined approach enables me to provide valuable strategic insights and direction to find the best solutions to even the most complex problems. I have a very broad insight into businesses and how to make them better. I take a practical and pragmatic approach understanding what is achievable and what is unrealistic. As an independent outsider, I can provide a perspective and raise issues which may be difficult to address from within an organisation.
