What do you love most about your job?
The transformation is the answer for me, I love to enter a property thats over grown and not been touched for a year or more and by the time i leave its like a different property. I also love the trust element that my customers have, they know if i say i will be there then i will be there, also the fact that they not need worry about the garden as they know I will take good care of it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The answer to this one is my grandad got me into gardening, by the age of 10 I already had green fingers so as soon as i finished secondary school I went and studied Horticulture and things developed from there.

I believe I am good at what I do, all my customers say the same sort of things like, reliable, good rates of pay and prices, dependable, and the big one is that every single customer says I work to a high standard and yet I work very fast, my regular customers are amazed at how I get so much done so quickly. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear mask when talking to customers and stay 3 metres away, my work is very much alone work therefore nobody comes in to contact with me
moss removal
Another popular option is the more eco friendly option to steam clean the roof which also has stunning results. This process uses extremely low pressure but very hot, the combination of low pressure and 110 degree heat sanitises the surface removing any dirt, grime, algae, lichen, Blackspot and moss killing off any organic matter.

My roof cleaning system is 2022 latest state of the art technology that will guarantee not to cause any damage to your roof, its tiles or its surrounding area. I use an incredible softwash system that once the moss is removed I apply a generous coat of high quality Biocide that kills off any hidden or remaining organic matter and prevents it returning for 4/5 years plus. This application also cleans the tiles over a period of time with excellent results.

Here at JMS EXTERIOR CLEANING, there's nothing I like more than to take on the challenge of jet washing an old dirty patio, I find it very rewarding transforming a dull, faded and contaminated patio into a stunning attractive surface ready for spring time and the alfresco summer days and nights.
I am confident enough to say that 98% of the time I really do bring the surface back to its original condition or very close to it.

Driveway Cleaning and restoring
The driveway cleaning is very similar to patio cleaning, Once I have given the surface a good deep clean it too in most cases can be sealed and protected.
Block paving driveway restoration has a thorough cleaning followed by fresh kiln dried sand and again the option of sealing which can be a matt finish, silk finish or the wet look finish.
I try my best to offer competitive prices and aim to offer a personal package deal to suit all budgets.
