How long have you been in business?
We have been a limited company since March 2015 but have been trading as sole traders since 2008.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring all the equipment and supplies needed to clean your home or business. We use a professional Hygiene System / Products which give a high level of consistency throughout our cleaning operations, helping us to keep up to date with relevant hygiene guidance, allowing a one-stop solution for chemicals, methods, records, safety information and staff training. Compliance to local authority requirements using products of proven capability has enabled this hygiene system to achieve an Assured Status with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
What do you love most about your job?
The results and the knowledge that we have helped our domestic clients spend more time doing the things they love and our commercial clients have a clean place to work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming from a military background, our director constantly strives to provide the best cleaning service on the North Wales Coast. Ex-military are known to be driven, focused and adaptable which makes a perfect fit for the ever changing needs of a cleaning business.

With a customer focused ethic and a friendly can do attitude we do everything we can to get the best results. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
After receiving industry leading training from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), we are able to provide a professional anti viral cleaning service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the most up to date techniques, tools and the most appropriate products to disinfect areas to make them safe and return them to use as quickly as possible. All our cleaning services adhere to the latest Welsh Government advice regarding working in people's homes and we undertake all precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, including the use of masks, gloves and additional safety equipment where required.

For all our clients, we arrange a free no obligation home visit to discuss your individual needs and create a tailored cleaning plan which meets your requirements and your budget.

We wouldn't invite just anyone into our home to clean and we don't expect you to. All our cleaners are carefully vetted and police checked (DBS) to ensure we find the most dedicated and skilled cleaners to clean your home.
