We have over 40 years' experience in the industry. Mark is our domestic expert who also has extensive knowledge of storage heating. He is our Dimplex approved Quantum installer. Ben specialises in commercial and industrial work, including LV & HV distribution, although we both have a wealth of experience in all areas.

Mark has carried out a number of jobs at our home, including replacement of the main fuse box, replacement of various standard lights with down lighters, fitting of additional power sockets, induction hob, outside security light and yesterday a kitchen extractor fan.
Mark does happen to be my son in law so you would expect me to be biased, even so shoddy workmanship would not be accepted. I can honestly say that all work carried out was to a very high professional standard and I would be very confident in recommending his company to my closest friends.
I am hopefully expecting some brownie points from my daughter for this.

The finished installation & the customer satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for SSE as an engineer for 19 years just wanted a new challenge. So I thought why not set up my own business. Ben also worked for SSE & was an NICEIC sole trader , after being friends for 15 years starting J&M was a match made in heaven :-)
