I called JM Contractors to review the state of my roof. Following a thorough inspection with photos to demonstrate the problems i agreed we should re-roof the house. Receiving the quote very quickly and a date for the job we were given an early start date. Unfortunately, due to storms and rain there were some delays, however, the health and safety of us and the team was paramount.The job was done professionally, the work and materials of high quality and standards. The team were considerate, friendly and helpful. The finished roof looks very good, we have the photos to demonstrate this and with a 10 year guarantee we feel safe and secure in our home.I would be happy to recommend JM Contractors to my friends and neighbours - in fact it was my neighbours who recommended them to me. Thanks so much for coming round to check our roof after we found a shattered tile in the backyard after a storm. As it turned out the slate was not from our roof which was a relief but we appreciated getting checked out. We recently had the guttering replaced on our early 1900s terraced house. The gutters were brought up to date by Joseph and his excellent team. We’d had an ongoing issue where our extension was leaking in heavy rain for some time. After checking out the situation, Joseph explained and showed me that several neighbours’ run off led directly to our gutter and due to the original design this water had nowhere to go except over the edge of the gutter and down on to our extension roof. We asked Joseph for a full replacement of these poorly designed and very old gutters. The job was done to the highest possible standard and in a short space of time and the clean-up after was spot-on. The new guttering looks fantastic, is in keeping with the neighbours’ style and most importantly we’ve had no issues with leaks since. More...
