We have really enjoyed working with Kiet and Justina. We are at the early stages of a significant remodelling and extension project in our home and what we needed help with was understanding and visualising the art of the possible and what we could do with the space. Justina came up with multiple options with some visualisations that has allowed us to debate what is important to us, what is not and where we go next. We were recommended to JK Habitat for our technical architecture when we recently renovated a bungalow into a house.
We worked with Kiet, who is a true professional that always takes a balanced view between design and building practicalities - something we hadn't experienced with other architects.
The attention to detail was incredible and he also made a number of recommendations that could both enhance our design whilst saving on build costs at the same time.
He also provided extremely detailed and comprehensive drawings (which really impressed our builders) and were millimetre perfect when in build.
We also added some internal designs and specifications after seeing examples from their other projects.
For our next build, we wouldn't look anywhere else except JK Habitat.

Hi George, it was an absolute pleasure working with a client who understood my advice in refining the previous architects design, to allow a more cost efficient way of construction but still retaining the Architects Design philosophy, in addition, working together to adopt spatial interior changes to maximize every inch of floor space to provide a more functional internal layouts, the spatial gains held us reduce the amount of structural steelwork required, which hopefully brought you cost efficiency to the project. Our synergy with Mr & Mrs Fitzgerald on this project has made our company proud, as they were amazing clients to have, we are just happy to assist the Fitzgerald in building their dream family home, by providing them the necessary information to get the project onto site in a timely manner, as promised. How long have you been in business?
I have been running my own practice for 8 years, servicing associated architects and contractors on all aspect of construction from technical drawing packages to trouble shooting on site with contractions and suppliers, my business has been built up supporting architects & building contractors in the construction industry successfully for many years, and I have been in the construction industry for over 20 plus years.
What guarantee does your work come with?
My technical work is expert level, as I already service various award winning top 100 RIBA / AA Registered architect practices, as a specialist technical consultant with expertise in bringing projects to completion and providing bespoke technical solutions, and I also am able to provide additional Personal Indemnity Insurance, up to £2million based on your project cost and needs, contract type (if required/based on project & client requirements) all Residential Works through our Design & Build contracts, we are able to provide additional NHBC building Certificates & Warranty for construction works though our specilised building contractors, all contractors we use are fully qualified professional / UK trained & certified professionals, all having both domestics and commercial experience.

What I love about my job is to be able to provide a high level of service in Design & Technical support to ensure the clients agreed design meets the visual, spatial and functional project in a consider achievable program , to ensure that the Planning, Design & Construction process of the project, is as painless as possible for the client, and the information we provided is as accurate as possible to suit the project requirements. Due to the nature of Covid-19 we operate from a Satellite offices, but are available to do site visits and are open to communication to meet on Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Currently we offer technical drawing remote services and also onsite support is available, (upon request / via appointment)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work remotely, but if visiting site, we ask that all clients abide by the two meters to reduce risk for staff attending site. Our staff will wear protective safety rubber gloves and face mask will be worn upon arrival (if requested by client or to abide by government Covid-19 guidelines at the time of visit).

"The entire process included a full strip out of the existing interior back to the apartment's superstructure. A revised floor plan was implemented which spatially optimised the challenging geometry of the existing floor plate. A subtle, yet highly distinguished material palette was implemented throughout the new apartment" Gary Kellet Architects.

Cali Top Nails Salon - Tulse Hill

Design of a fully refurbished Nail Solon (with client supplied equipment) / nail treatment stations / foot massage stations, waiting reception area, interior design provided to client through 3D render visuals, with two private treatment rooms and a Doc M compliant bathroom.

To strip out back to substrates, level out & replace timber joist, added addition noggins and doubled up on joist & ply over boarding for floor strengthening & leveling screed / walls stripped and ceilings stripped back / all new plumbing, electrics, mega flow systems / extract to compliant air flow limiters and filters for exchange of air and extract from nail product fumes / fire alarms systems / doors and seals / all finishes and decorations through to hand over operations manuals and building certifications.
