I had tried many therapies, medications and routes to find healing, happiness and resolution of trauma (trauma which was eating me up)
Over the years I have practiced the “law of attraction” (which is a universal principle that states you attract whatever in your life what you focus on).
Negative thoughts were consuming me, Not being able to remove negative thoughts was on my priority
list.
I wanted to find a therapist who understood my beliefs.
I searched on Amazon and found Jim’s book, Be Happy, Be Well, Be You! I contacted Jim for face to face therapy and he changed my life in a matter of weeks. He is a down to earth GENIUS.

Over the past several months my partner and I have been seeing Jim on a weekly basis to discuss the problems we have been having. Problems that had become more acute with time and which had begun to seem insurmountable. Jim was our last resort.
His calm approach and his reasoned understanding have basically saved our relationship and although we are not “fixed” yet, we continue to look forward to our weekly sessions with this lovely man as he constantly surprises us with his insights . Thank you, Jim from Emma and myself ❤️

I have known Jim for many years, but since being diagnosed with two stage 4 cancers Jim has been a life savernot only supporting and encouraging me to beat a seemingly life threatening cancer.
He also with his extensive knowledge of herbs and natural therapies has certainly helped me to regain my health and vitality. To the surprise of my medical teamwho have also been very supportive of alternative medicines.

Q&As

I love seeing clients with a smile on their faces in our very first session together. This happens in the large majority of cases. I also take great satisfaction in the fact that the majority of my clients actually look forward to our meetings, and can't wait to tell me of their achievements since our last meeting.
And it is the greatest feeling in the world when somebody who can to me in a desperate state goes on to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

I was the victim of a very vicious and life-threatening armed robbery in 2010 and was an outpatient in The Priory for about a year. I decided to become a therapist because of the amount of interaction that I had with other clients. I realised that I have a huge empathy with people, and I get the required results in a positive, relaxed and friendly manner.

I have worked with Guildford Borough Council (with funding from Project Aspire), which enabled me to work with the best, and had fantastic results from Oakleaf, a Lottery Funded mental health organisation, with 92% of their clients stating that they were better able to cope with their mental health issues after attending one of the three-hour seminars that I developed and conducted.
I have attended the Power to Achieve three-day event and continue to study and develop my skills to be the best I can be.

To me, there is nothing better than face-to-face meetings, but I realise that in these times it becomes rather difficult, and some clients actually prefer remote meetings, so am happy to offer my service online.
I always work towards achieving the best results for my clients, and will give the best service possible at all times.

My consulting room is not part of the main house, so there is plenty of space for social distancing, with hand gel, tissues, a toilet with hand basin facilities, and individual bottled water if required. I also have a parking area that is off-road and safely distanced from any other visitors.

Services

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but is also a useful therapy, when integrated with other techniques, for other mental and physical health problems. It is the most commonly used therapy in the U.K.

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. It used as a therapeutic technique that calms and relaxes the mind and body, encouraging natural healing and contentment.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of healing through forgiveness. We can learn a lot about forgiveness from this ancient and powerful tradition. Ho’o means ‘to make‘ and pono ‘right‘ – the double use of pono means with both yourself and others.
By letting go of negative emotions, that only cause us pain, we can truly heal and be happy.
Studies have shown that Ho’oponopono can help feelings of forgiveness, even after just one session. It may even help us physically and has been shown to lower blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure. Forgiveness is shown to reduce depression and anxiety and improve feelings of hope and happiness in the future.

The Law of Attraction basically means "Like attracts like". This law suggests that similar things are attracted to one another. It means that people tend to attract others who are similar to them—but it also suggests that people's thoughts tend to attract similar results. Negative thinking is believed to attract negative experiences, while positive thinking is believed to produce desirable experiences.
People often over-complicate The Law of Attraction with unrealistic expectations but used properly it creates a whole new awakening to yourself, others and nature.

Hypnotic communication provides a pathway into your subconscious mind. When you develop your skills in hypnotic communication, it makes a significant difference in how easy you achieve goals. ... Recognise harmful programs within your mind and transform these programs, so they help you rather than inhibit you.
Your subconscious never sleeps, but only works on what it believes to be true learned from your life experiences. Imagine that by consciously reprogramming your subconscious how much your subconscious can work positively for you whilst you are relaxing or sleeping.
I also show you how to achieve far greater time in 'rest and digest' mode to improve sleeping, depression and anxiety.
