I loved the workouts that were specifically created for me. I've tried gyms and classes before but couldn't fit them into my hectic days. The online workouts were fantastic. I loved the fact I could fit in a workout around my work during the day and found the support really encouraging and helpful. I would definitely recommend it! More...

I’ve been training with Jon for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! Jon is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out in his studio as it has all the equipment necessary for a all rounded workout in a friendly cosy environment. Overall I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer. More...

Q&As

Regardless of what the clients wish to achieve I always follow the same process of helping them to achieve their targets/goals. Which is; have a chat with them in terms of how I believe we can make these goals possible. Then talk about how often they wish to train and when and talk to them about the importance of their nutrition, as without a good diet it makes these goals a lot harder to reach. As people say 'you cant out train a bad diet'.

Sticking to the basics of a good workout plan and making sure your nutrition is on point.. nothing beats hard work and determination but the most important factor to remember is patience. It will take time for you to reach your goals and there will be times where you don't want to train or eat for whatever reason but if you can get through that then there is nothing stopping you.

I love the fact you get to meet new and interesting people everyday, all with different goals, targets and lifestyles. I love how I can have my main hobby of working out as my job as well. Its great to have clients then become good friends and you can help them achieve their goals and when you see the success its a great feeling.

Personally I have always wanted a job in the fitness industry and I played sport from a really young age playing rugby and football through school, college and Uni. Part of that involved the gym and I just loved it!! I then started training myself from around 14/15 and after a while a few friends. From then I new I wanted to be a personal trainer, completed my level 2 and 3 and the opportunity to buy my own place came around so I jumped at it.

I have experience in training a variety of people in terms of gender, age and overall fitness ability. I believe this has also helped my own knowledge with helping different clients to reach their goals. I love to make each session hard work but also fun at the same time, I would hate people to not look forward to training with me. I personalise every training program and diet plan for every client to help their goals become a reality. As I said above I love making a difference to people and seeing them change; not only their physique but their overall confidence/happiness as well.

Services

The most important aspect in order to meet any goal. Together we will come up with a plan that means you can still enjoy all the food/drinks you like and meet your goal

Weekly check ins to check progress this can be done through: photos, measurements of the body, weight on the scales. Helps keep clients on track and insure the training/diet plan is working

All sessions tailored to clients goals and abilities.

Also provide sessions that clients can complete away from face to face training with myself. All of which can be designed with minimal/no equipment if necessary

I provide tailored training programs through an app with video demonstrations of the exercises. These can be done if you are a member of a gym or if you want to exercise through the comfort of your home

Each plan will include a breakdown of your daily calories to ensure you meet your goal.

Regular check ins with any questions or struggles you may have so together we make sure we are on track to meet your goal.
