This package is a facia soffits and guttering clean package that can be added to to include all windows porches and the external paths and conservatories so that the house is given a sparkle for prospective buyers
Driveway
We can power wash all driveway types and resand and seal block paving.
We can do this in one day depending on weather and drying times if not the price you see is to cover the work to be fully completed
Decking strip and seal
We offer a full decking paint strip package that includes to reseal or paint if your decking area.
You choose the colour and we provide the Labour. Decking can dry with it a couple of hours so this can be completed in one day.
Landlord service
We can maintain the look of the property with clean paths brickwork soffits and facias and more.
We can do this on a regular basis and keep those gutters clean too.
Patios and decking included. This package has its own pricing as it’s contract based.
Artificial grass maintained
If you have artificial grass I can help put that spring back in to it. Using my equipment I can clean and the infill if needed and make your grass spring back to life.
Roof cleaning
A full service including gutters cleaned and a non pressure based roof clean. Plus a biocide treatment for all round protection
Gutter and facia cleaning
We use a vacuum system to effectively clear your gutters. We offer repairs and a full facia clean to bring the sparkle back to your home.
