Therapy can help you to find clarity in making a choice, gain insight and understanding, feel less isolated and helpless, deal with depression, reduce anxiety and stress, improve relationships and understanding behaviour.
Within each therapy hour, we will explore your personal material in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental setting that allows you to express yourself without all of life's pretences.
Your therapy will be unique and specific to you, we can work with stress, anger, anxiety, depression, work related issues, motivation and goal setting, housing problems, relational issues, financial issues, bereavement, miscarriage, betrayal, loneliness, sleep problems, unhappiness, and other issues.
Life can be hard sometimes we find ourselves on rough seas and we may need to reset our compass to find calmer waters. We can't hold back the tide but we can learn to navigate them. So if you are dealing with something difficult therapy may be for you.
As an integrative therapist, I am trained in several modalities work with all of life's issues and problems incorporating the transpersonal, humanistic (person-centred) cognitive, psycho-dynamic; Jungian; and creative approaches using a variety of techniques to suit the issues presented.
