Literally love 'Jess takes the Lead' first started taking my little toy pomsky there over a year ago. He loves going there so much, he knows the route and tries to rush out of the car when we park!
He's always so keen to see everyone and have a fuss, he's relaxed and enjoys the pamper
Having then moved to the area, Milo also loves the day pet care. He waits patiently in the window as he here's their van and rushes to the door in excitement of his day ahead. I've given 'Jess takes the lead' a key to let him back, in just incase i'm not home in time, as they are super trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone and think the service they offer is truly special, as i know Milo is always content when he's with any of the team.

We took our two Springer Spaniels Jake and Sam for grooming recently and they came back looking like new dogs.They obviously enjoyed their pampering and both were very happy when we picked them up. Our other Labrador has looked sad ever since- until Jess started walking him to provide him with company when we are out. Ozzy dog loves Jess and gets so excited when he hears her name.
