Just had the most wonderful deep tissue massage from Jess. I have suffered chronic back pain and problem areas since an injury when I was only 14years old. I also train hard and often feel incredibly sore and tight muscled. Jess' professionalism, knowledge and expertise meant that not only was I completely relaxed by the experience, but I also came away feeling invigorated, more mobile and most importantly had relieved pain from my back. She personalised the massage to suit my needs which I found incredible intuitive as well as highly therapeutic. After a hard day at work Jess met me at my house and worked magic on my back which has been under a lot of strain recently. She was very professional and instantly made me feel calm and relaxed. The massage itself was exactly what I was after - applying the exact amount of pressure as we had discussed prior to starting & what a treat to have done in my own home, making it so much more convenient whilst my children slept up stairs. Jess offers an extremely reliable, friendly, flexible and enthusiastic service. I was introduced to Jess by one of my clients and I can't recommend her enough. As a PT I'm active all the time and consequently my body goes through the mill as I like to push myself too, this all stacks up and I can struggle with muscular discomfort that I simply can not manage myself. Jess is firm enough to deliver the deep tissue work that I need which is a real benefit! I will be using her again and I'm looking forward to my next appointment already. More...

To ensure clients achieve their goals, I listen, I get a good understanding of what a client enjoys, what they may have tried in the past and how long it's taken them to get to where they are today. From there, I create a specific programme to ensure sustainable results. With constant support in both exercise and nutrition, there is no reason a client should walk away having not achieved their goal.

The secret.. Work hard and consistently to get to where you want. We do this in all aspects of life, fitness should be no different. If we can do little everyday, in a month we will notice changes, in two months, even bigger changes. We don't have to spend hours everyday training, doing little and often is the key.

I love building relationships, knowing that I am really making a difference to someone's health, energy levels and future. Being able to offer inspiration, motivation and support, in all aspects of someone's life, is the reason I love being a personal trainer. Watching someone grow from a self conscious, slightly insecure person to someone full of energy, buzzing about exercise, is amazing!

I used to work in luxury travel, which I loved but I wanted to do more to help people and really make a difference to people's lives. I have always been passionate about health and fitness so it made sense to focus that on creating a business.

I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and understanding what would work best for them to achieve their goals. I aim to inspire clients to work hard whilst being realistic with daily pressures. My style of training is friendly yet firm, offering clients the direction they need to utilise their own strengths towards their health and fitness.
