Jenny helped me buy my property using help to buy. She made it seem so easy (because she did so much behind the scenes!). Yes, all appointments are carried out via telephone and Zoom calls. Equity release appointments can be carried out face to face if local.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my appointments are completely remote, all documents are sent via email and there is no need for any ‘face to face’ interaction - you can talk from the comfort of your own home.
Mortgage advice
From start to completion, I take care of everything from the first affordability checks, checking documents, recommending and applying for the most suitable mortgage on your behalf and liaising with solicitors to make the process as smooth as can be.
All appointments carried out via telephone and Zoom calls, so no need to leave the house at all.
I search through thousands of mortgage products to ensure you get the best deal for your circumstances, and liaise directly with the lender on your behalf.
Insurance advice
I advise on protection for yourself, your loved ones and your home in the form of Life insurance, Critical illness cover, Income protection, Accident cover, home insurance and Wills. This can be a standalone appointment or alongside your mortgage appointment at no additional cost.
Equity Release
I am a fully qualified Equity Release specialist and can help clients over the age of 55 to release money from their homes.
