Jeni Meade took our wedding photos at Liverpool Football Club (Anfield) in October 2008. I live in NYC and was coordinating the photography from there, even though the wedding was taking place in England. Jeni was a pleasure to work with before the event and responded to my emails extremely quickly and thoroughly, answering any and all questions I had. When we arrived at Anfield Jeni was<span id="moreReview149238" class="hide"> there, on time, even though she had travelled to Liverpool from London. (We also had a wedding ceremony in NYC and our photographer never showed up, so we were extra delighted when we saw Jeni waiting for us.)<br /><br />We had the wedding ceremony, reception, tour of the club and luncheon at Anfield, which is not a typical venue for a wedding but Jeni captured the fun and excitement of the day perfectly. Jeni was also extremely creative and came up with some fantastic shots of the wedding party and guests at the stadium.<br /><br />Overall, Jeni was a pleasure to work with, always had a smile on her face, dressed appropriately, asked what we wanted out of the photos but also used her own creativity, and was exceptional value for money.<br /><br />We have some beautiful photographs that we will treasure for ever and I would recommend Jeni Meade photography to anyone.</span> More...

Jeni took some amazing group, individual and fly on the wall photos fir my sisters hen weekend. Not only were the photos beautiful but they really captured the mood of the evening. Jeni took time to find out about us, our event and supported and guided us in making choices. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Good equipment and the knowledge of how to use it. Also understanding light is tops. Making the most of available light and being able to add more light where needed.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your budget? What are the photos ultimately for? Ie where will they be used ?What are your expectations?
What do you love most about your job?
The variety and creativity. Every job is different. I love taking photos and the process of editing and retouching them afterwards.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to take photos for a living. Working for myself and the flexibility .
