How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Always have the foundation surveyed first. If the foundation is substandard, the job can not be done

Foundation, sub-floor and insolation, main floor, wall insulation, roof insulation, electric and plumbing first fix, plastering, second fix joinery
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Any loft can be converted, some more work than otheres depending if it consists of roof trusses or a traditional roof. A architect and structural engineer will be essential

Upgrade floor and roof timbers, first fix electric and plumbing, insolation, plastering, second fix joinery

Tge best thing about our job is standing back to look at the work we have completed. A pleased customer is always a nice sight too
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ive always wanted to run my own business from a young age. Ive worked for many people who cut corners and i believe that this way of working is wrong. We take pride in doing jobs correctly
