Really pleased with John. Arrived with a stain remover & asked if he could do a test, which I was happy to agree to. Bovril stain, which he hadn't had to remove before. Worked a treat & arranged for him to do the job. Did say because it was in a very prominent place it might be best to clean the whole carpet but not removing the bed, which I agreed. Well, how would I best describe this business? I'd say, professional, reliable and incredibly prompt! My wife and i arrived in Cardiff after driving over from Manchester our new puppy. unfortunately, the puppy decided to be sick all over the seat and carpet of my new car!(obviously not a great passenger) 🤣 so, we googled carpet cleaner and this business came up. John answered and asked for a description of what happened and where was I located? we chose to go to a shopping centre, as we were not familiar with the area. within half an hour, he was parked up next to our car and asked us to go shopping for 1 hour whilst he got to work. when we got back, the job was done! just incredible! the car even smelt fresh!
